{I loved playing football for Paul Gardiner and his team of coaches. It was fun all the time but the great thing was that we were learning to be better players as well. Anyone who gets the chance to play for Gloucester Elite Performance Centre should grab it with both hands. My football came on loads when I was there without me really realising it, that's how good they were. I am now playing for the academy at West Brom and still love football. I know I'm very lucky but I still remember the things I learned from Paul and his coaches back then on the all-weather pitches at St Peter's School. They want you to enjoy your football but as well as the skills they want you to have the right attitude. Paul was absolutely brilliant for me.{

{From the very first minute of the very first training session I knew that my then 7-year-old boy Theo was in the right place. Paul didn't make any promises but his excellent team of coaches encouraged Theo, developed him and educated him to such a level that he has been playing for a Category one academy in the Midlands for a number of years now. They made training fun, but while the players had smiles on their faces there was a serious side too because the coaches provided a framework which allowed youngsters with talent and the right attitude to learn and improve. Paul Gardiner is a top man, he knows his football and has a good team around him. If your child is given the chance to train and play for him on the safe and secure all-weather facilities at St Peter's School, I would definitely recommend you take it.{

{During my time at the Development Centre I had some great coaches taking through to the Under 16s. Paul sent me up for trials at West Bromwich Albion academy, I secured my Scholarship contract with them after a period of time. With hard work, determination and self belief the Centre and its staff helped me reach my full potential.{
