Our emerging talent program at our Gloucester Elite Performance Centre provide young, talented players with a pathway to Aston Villa Football Club academy. The centre mirror’s the ethos and culture of our main elite academy with the sole purpose of attracting and identifying players through a robust talent identification process. An holistic development program, supported by a dedicated group of experienced and qualified performance staff.
We are an centre dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where players are taught through a culture of learning and encouragement, with a focus on developing self-pride for their commitment, effort, and attitude.
Our ethos is to create a setting where players have the freedom to make mistakes and the confidence to develop the skills of effective decision making. The training sessions are designed to challenge players and drive their capabilities of critical game level thinking. Inspiring players to see beyond what they are to what they can be.

Our Role In

It has had great success in recruiting and developing professional football players. Our football club is committed to developing our own home grown first team players who can follow in the footsteps of Jack Grealish and Jacob Ramsey and we believe that the Gloucester Elite Performance Centre can play a pivotal role in achieving this."
