Our emerging talent program at our Gloucester Elite Performance Centre provide young, talented players with a pathway to Aston Villa and other professional academies
We are excited to invite aspiring athletes who are seeking a supportive platform to nurture their talents. We offer a thoughtfully crafted program designed to help you develop your skills and gain the recognition you deserve.
Our training program offers two sessions per week for age groups ranging from Under 7 to Under 14, with a strong focus on player development. These sessions are designed to enhance various technical aspects of football and encourage players to continuously improve their skills. We follow a carefully crafted technical syllabus and provide specialized position-specific training for age groups Under 12 through to Under 14. Our aim is to help each player reach their full potential and become the best they can be.

Our Role In
"Aston Villa Football Club see the Gloucester Elite Performance Centre as a key foundation stone in their long term strategy of player development. Having worked with the centre for a number of years I have personal experience of the quality of the programme on offer. It has had great success in recruiting and developing professional football players. Our football club is committed to developing our own home grown first team players who can follow in the footsteps of Jack Grealish and Jacob Ramsey and we believe that the Gloucester Elite Performance Centre can play a pivotal role in achieving this."
